Patrick Tunno’s relationship with Italian food is driven by nostalgia for his southern Italian grandmother’s cooking and cherished memories of his time in Italy. In addition to his role as the Director of Penn State’s Center for Global Engineering Engagement, Patrick has led dozens of Italian food and cultural excursions throughout Italy and Switzerland.
