World Kitchen host Tamra Fatemi-Badi welcomes Dr. Odgerel Batsaikhan into the World Kitchen to share her recipe for the traditional Mongolian dish Khuushuur.

Odgerel Batsaikhan is the Vice Director of University in Mongolia, where she has been working for 17 years. She is also a member of the Gender Consortium, a collaborative platform for Mongolian universities. As a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow, Odgerel plans to focus her research on educational leadership and teaching development, with a particular emphasis on women’s participation and decision-making in the higher education field. Additionally, she is a mother of two and enjoys cooking, constantly experimenting with new recipes.
