WPSU’s April episode of World Kitchen will introduce viewers to a delicious world of Turkish delights with guest chef Olcay Ayata.

Join us to learn more about the food and traditions that celebrate Turkish National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, which is always celebrated on April 23. Olcay will demonstrate Turkish Kofte, Hunkar Begendi (Sultan’s Delight), Bulgar Rice, and a Shepherd’s Salad!
