Tips for Freezing Fruits and Vegetables

Freezing can be an easy and hassle-free way to preserve your fruits and vegetables, especially when time is limited. Freezing can also retain much of the nutritional quality and, when done right, preserve most of the freshness. Rick Kralj from Penn State Extension gives key tips.
