In a given year about 5% of the U.S. population experiences seasonal depression, and the number of those affected is higher in regions that experience harsher winter weather.  Our panel of experts discuss what leads to Seasonal Affective Disorder and methods for treating it.  They also discuss ways to stay healthy and active during the winter months.
