In the 1920s, Dr. Edward Herber McCleery of Kane, Pennsylvania began what became a life-long mission of saving the Lobo Wolves from extinction. Dr. McCleery’s legacy still remains in Kane, as the community takes great pride in the Lobo Wolf.
