2024 Multicultural Children’s Festival

brought to you by WPSU and State College Area School District

Let’s Travel the World!

Saturday, April 6, from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

State College Area High School South Building
650 Westerly Parkway, State College, PA 16801

WPSU’s most popular children’s event of the year has returned for 2024 with partnership from State College Area School District. This year’s festival will have more activities and performances than ever before. At the 2024 Multicultural Children’s Festival, your child and family will:

  • Discover the world and immerse your family in diverse cultures and the people from those cultures through art, music, and hands-on crafts for kids of all ages.
  • Enjoy more space for more fun at State College Area High School – with expanded space we are bringing in more interactive activities to engage with everyone.
  • Get a taste of local flavors made by food trucks and vendors from a wide variety of cultures.

The first 750 kids who attend will receive a PBS KIDS Passport booklet that will be their guide as they explore the activity stations and choose a multicultural book to take home as a lasting memory of their time at the festival.

Food trucks on site include Market Pizza by Happy Valley Chef, Brazilian Munchies, Rebelz, Classic Cones, and Sips & Giggles.

This event is FREE to attend, registration is appreciated but not required.
