With new ‘Mid-Century Christmas’ celebration, Philipsburg hopes to become a holiday destination
Philipsburg is ringing in the season with a brand new Mid-Century Christmas celebration. Organizers say the theme stems from the borough’s “Giant Santa,” which was created in the 1960’s.
