About 5% of the U.S. population experiences seasonal depression. Pennsylvania in particular tends to have higher rates on average as the days get shorter and the winter weather hits. Our panel of experts discuss what leads to Seasonal Affective Disorder, methods for treating it, and ways to stay healthy and active during the winter months. We’ll also take YOUR calls!
