Science: Food Webs
In this resource, students will explore the interconnectedness of organisms in a food web, and the resiliency and responsiveness of that food web to change. Students may relate the food they eat to their own food web, but especially to their own needs for nutrients and energy from food. The simplicity of a food chain will be expanded to include the many connections found in the what-eats-what pattern of a food web.
