USA Powerlifting rule change tips the scales for some lifters at Keystone Cup in State College
Following the release of USA Powerlifting’s revised 2025 rulebook in January, women competing in the sport have been affected by a change to weight classes. The update split one of the women’s weight classes in two to match the number of men’s weight classes.
