McGloin ducks questions about whether he will resign as Lackawanna County commissioner
After three days of rumors he plans to step down, Lackawanna County Commissioner and former Penn State and NFL quarterback Matt McGloin left a commissioners’ meeting Wednesday without answering whether he will resign the job.
