Kazakhstan

Sunday, December 8 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET on Zoom

Join World Kitchen host Tamra Fatemi-Badi as she welcomes home cooks from Kazakhstan to the World Kitchen.

The menu will feature two recipes that are very traditional to Kazakhstan. The first is Bauyrsak, which is a fried dough often served with jam and tea, and the second is Manti, which are steamed dumplings made with ground beef, potatoes, and pumpkin!
