Join host Tamra Fatemi-Badi as she welcomes ExCEL Fellow Ryskhan Satybaldiyeva to the World Kitchen. Ryskhan will share a traditional sweet Kazakh dish called “Brushwood” and a savory dish known as “Green Nira Grass Bread.”

Dr. Ryskhan Satybaldiyeva is a visiting scholar from Satbayev University in Kazakhstan. She is a candidate of technical sciences and an associate professor. Her research interests include data processing, artificial intelligence, data mining, and cybersecurity.
