Shelter Me is an Emmy® Award-winning series that tells inspiring stories about the bond between humans and animals and brings attention to important social issues via our relationship with them. The new season has nine 30-minute episodes and features incredible stories. The series shares stories of community, love, and kindness. We will feature an episode about community groups coming together to provide opportunities for underserved people to care for shelter animals.

After a short intermission and a chance to meet some furry friends from our local animal shelter, Centre County PAWS, we will conclude with an episode about impactful dog stories. Stories include “K9 for a Day” and “Oldies but Goodies”. There may be silver in their fur, but there’s gold in their hearts.
