Kenneth Sarch is Professor of Violin and Viola, Conductor of the Symphony Orchestra at Mansfield University and performs as Concertmaster of the Williamsport Symphony. He has performed on radio and television, has given extensive international recitals and performed numerous times as soloist with orchestra. Margot Sarch has earned two Masters degrees in Violin performance and Music Education from the Shenandoah University Conservatory where her violin professor was Ken. The Sarch's recently returned from Bolivia, where Ken was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to start a first-ever symphony orchestra for the city of Santa Cruz. The orchestra was formed with great success, and then Margot started another orchestra for younger music students. The Sapphire String Duo has also performed in Jordan, Brazil and Panama in addition to extensive concerts throughout the United States.
